ahh mmm burr

Q:hi. i don't know what to say but i want to say something. so here it goes. you're one of my favorite people and one of the most inspiring to me because i can relate to you. you find ways to keep going with your life and you keep doing what you love and i just wish i can be like you. so much. your artwork is beautiful, you are beautiful, and you struggle. but you keep going. i'm struggling now but i keep going because i know people like you (who are like me) exists. basically you're amazing. <3

Knowing that I’m not alone is something that keeps me going. We have to find strength in each other and help each other.

Doing what you love is a struggle, though. You have to fight through the not being able to afford groceries or not leaving the house for days because you’re low on gas and need it to get to-and-from your day job and blah blah blah. Sometimes it sucks. Sometimes it really really sucks.

But the fulfillment that I get out of doing what I love, the excitement from seeing how people react to it, and just how absolutely hard I’m working … it’s worth it. Being able to come home, go to my work space, and work on something that I’m really passionate about makes all those shitty bits disappear, or at least seem insignificant.

People like you really help me out. Thank you for being kind and for sticking around and for supporting me and thank you for letting me know.

Some days I really need to hear it.
